About This Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You will provide active support, helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviors, as well as strong communication skills. They will be confident in using basic technology and software, possess an unrestricted Australian driver's license, and hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.

Responsibilities will include providing daily personal care, facilitating goal achievement through activities, maintaining accurate records, building positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, and advocating for client choice and control.

Successful candidates will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a safe and respectful workspace is essential.

Key Requirements:
