Support Workers Wanted

We are seeking caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at Springwood Greens Care Community. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Helping residents with activities of daily living such as eating, drinking, and toileting.
  • Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in care planning.
  • Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
