Senior Technical Services Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Service Supervisor to lead our team of service technicians in achieving exceptional customer and client satisfaction. This role involves managing efficient services, supervising the output, safety, and quality of the team.

This position will drive productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes of our technical services while operating within job cost requirements.

• Supervise and lead the team of Service Technicians to meet productivity, customer, and quality system needs.
• Respond to service calls, book customer service requests, and coordinate service technician attendance for service agreements, calibrations, installations, and breakdowns with high accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to plan and organize local and intrastate service jobs for the Service Technicians while operating within job cost requirements.
• Provide supervision and guidance for safety requirements such as toolbox meetings, etc.
• Collaborate with the State Manager to drive increasing service revenue and maximize chargeable hours.
• Grow and develop our contracted and non-contracted customer database through proactive and responsive service provision and communications.
• Complete all service call invoicing by month's end.
• Establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and managers to provide advice on the best approaches, methods, and time required for scheduled work.
• Communicate Work In Progress (WIP) with a view to full job close-out.
• Assist with the training and mentoring of staff through regular and ongoing feedback, including actionable and dated communications.
• Closely monitor customer service reports, time sheets, invoices, and expense reports associated with Service Staff and Diverseco's customers to maintain and improve customer compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure accurate inventory allocation for service work, including coordination with the inventory control function that ensures availability of stock, spares, and consumables.
• Immediately respond to and resolve issues associated with compliance of local, state, and federal government legislation as it applies to electrical and measurement trades, including applicable quality standards.
• Implement and maintain annual performance reviews and development plans for the team.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical service supervision role with solid leadership and people management experience.
• Experience completing performance management processes to develop and grow the team.
• Experience supervising trade-based teams in an industrial environment is key.
• Outstanding customer service skills, positive attitude, strong accuracy, and attention to detail in completing and following through on all service, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with the Service Technicians, subcontractors, and other trades persons via strong technical aptitude.
• Possess a strong work ethic, be a strong team player, and have a commitment to both individual and team goal achievements.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Possess high-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using Field Service Management (FSM) business system is highly desirable.
