Job Description:

As a key professional in global mobility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless employee transitions across borders while adhering to local laws and regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.

You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our products and services for immigration compliance. This includes analyzing, preparing, and submitting visa/work permit applications, maintaining and monitoring immigration law to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and controlling internal documentation.

To succeed in this role, you must establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, seeking opportunities to increase revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in handling escalations effectively, determining solutions, and guiding stakeholders to timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • Monitor and control our products and services for immigration compliance.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Seek, analyze, and implement in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
  • Maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and control internal documentation.
  • Handle escalations, determine solutions, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
