A Career as a Fulfilment Manager at Dan Murphy's

As a Fulfilment Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This position requires a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control.

The Role

  • Team Leadership: Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  • Training and Development: Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
  • Career Growth: Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.

What We Offer

An estimated salary of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
