We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Trend Windows and Doors. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a skilled workforce, driving quality improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of production employees to achieve high-quality production and meet productivity benchmarks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production performance, safety, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely production schedules and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Identify and eliminate causes of lost productivity, and maintain a strong customer focus.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in people management, manufacturing, and lean principles. You will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and engage employees, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key qualifications include:
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in or exposure to lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees.
