Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Lead contract engagements and transitions across various vendor relationships.
  • Maintain high levels of vendor performance through SLA scorecards and compliance assessments.
  • Cultivate effective subcontractor performance and drive value-added solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks for client account delivery.
  • Educate facility management teams on optimal contract management practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and delivering contract management strategies within a commercial environment.
  • Prior experience in facilities management is an asset.
  • Strong expertise in vendor and contract management.
  • Able to interpret complex contractual documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
