Facilitator of Maintenance Operations

Job Opportunity: Handyperson

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Engineering Team at W Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for facilitating repairs and maintenance to support engineering operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out urgent and non-urgent maintenance requests
  • Support the engineering team in day-to-day activities
  • Assist external contractors and outsourced preventative maintenance programs
  • Monitor stock levels of critical spares
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in engineering/facilities
  • Hospitality experience is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
  • EWP license is advantageous
