Job Description:

Business Partner and Strategic Advisor

The Senior Financial Controller serves as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor to the LSU Manager, responsible for delivering exceptional financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This key role plays a vital part in strategic and operational decision-making within the LSU, driving business performance and effective financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the LSU's business objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth, improve productivity, and enhance capital efficiency.
  • Ensure robust risk management processes are in place and effectively implemented within the LSU.
  • Oversee contract management activities, ensuring compliance with global BU instructions and company regulations.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls, promoting transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve finance and controlling process improvements within the LSU.
  • Build a high-performing finance community, fostering a culture of excellence and best practices.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance.
  • Strategic thinking, critical analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in finance and controlling, risk management, and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
