Team Collaboration
You will be part of a dedicated team of Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff, and Veterinarians who maintain a professional yet enjoyable work environment. We emphasize skill enhancement and professional growth, fostering a supportive atmosphere for daily practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role, overseeing trainee nurses and ensuring the training of new staff meets our high standards
- Proactive, dependable, and organized, with the ability to work collaboratively while delivering top-notch patient care
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively without compromising the quality of care
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, knowledgeable about common veterinary products, and capable of empathizing with clients
- Proficient in using standard clinic equipment, computer literate, and demonstrating sound judgment
- Skilled in general nursing responsibilities, including admissions, reception duties, inventory management, assisting in major surgeries and consultations, maintaining hygiene standards, medication control, and supporting vaccination and anesthetic procedures
What We Offer
- Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) – $60,000 – $70,000 plus superannuation
