Responsibilities

  • Engage with job-ready candidates, providing guidance and support to maximise employment opportunities.
  • Match employers with the right candidates, achieving sustainable employment outcomes through effective placement and follow-up services.
  • Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
About You
  • Proven experience in cold calling and approaching potential clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in proactive business development, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver a high-quality service under pressure.
  • Advanced relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Success in growing relationships from small beginnings, with a proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with competing priorities, with a focus on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
