We are seeking a skilled Lead Midwife Recruitment and Retention Specialist to support newly qualified, international midwives, and new staff members in their career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that newly qualified midwives and staff feel supported and can thrive in their working environment.
  • To coordinate, plan, and implement orientation programs and additional support plans as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration on the Professional Register.
  • Able to demonstrate ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Teaching qualification with experience in group teaching/presentations to peers and other professionals.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate processes effectively.
  • Previous experience as an interviewer and change implementation specialist.
