HR Consultant

At this firm, we need professionals who are skilled and motivated to help our clients manage their employment relations.

The role of HR Consultant involves speaking with clients over the phone, reviewing and drafting contracts and policies, managing employment issues such as restructures and redundancies, disciplinary processes, and terminations. You will be a key part of your clients' success by developing deep relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters to clients.
  • Manage client relationships and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Review and draft contracts and policies for clients.
  • Manage employment issues such as restructuring and redundancy, disciplinary processes, and terminations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework.
  • A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice.
  • Formal qualifications in Law or HR are desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-centric environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to deliver exceptional results.
