Job Title: Standalone Payroll Manager
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team as a standalone payroll manager. This is a unique opportunity to work with a heavy EBA environment and take ownership of the payroll process.
As a standalone payroll manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process from start to finish. This includes working with a service provider in a partially outsourced model, assisting with various implementations, and supporting the project team. You will also be responsible for high levels of EBA interpretation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication with the service provider.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience using ADP and working in a standalone payroll position. You should also have true end-to-end experience including Workcover, redundancies, payroll tax, and superannuation. Additionally, you will need to have good EBA interpretation skills and proven experience working in an EBA-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage risk effectively and make decisions in lieu of other payroll staff. They will also need to have great communication skills and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders.
This role offers an attractive salary and a hybrid working model with 2 days working from home. We are located in the CBD, close to public transport, making it easy to get to and from work.
