ADP Payroll Specialist

The role involves utilising ADP to manage a standalone payroll process, working independently with a high degree of autonomy. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of payroll tasks, including month-end reconciliation and superannuation payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll processing using ADP Payforce
  • Ensuring compliance with award and EBA interpretations
  • Performing month-end reconciliations and year-end audits
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of ADP Payforce and payroll processing procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organised and efficient with strong attention to detail
