Lead Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial crime management, including transaction monitoring and fraud prevention.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of financial crime management or equivalent industry experience, with at least 2 years of people leadership experience in an operational team.

  • Risk-Based Outcomes:
  • Deliver high-quality risk-based outcomes following established procedures.
  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead analysts and senior analysts in the Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Team.
  • Manage operational queues within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Financial Crime Knowledge:
  • Deep knowledge of financial crime and ability to manage transaction monitoring and fraud within a banking environment.
  • Certifications and Qualifications:
  • AFMA, ACAMS, or Financial Crime relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
