At the heart of every great retail experience is a talented sales team member who can inspire and support customers on their journey. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our outdoor lifestyle brand.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing that with others. You will be responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for every customer by providing expert advice and guidance on our products. This may involve demonstrating product features, answering questions, and making recommendations to help customers find the perfect item for their needs.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives, supporting the management team in the profitable running of the store, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong problem-solving abilities, and is able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. You will be confident in your ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, and have a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team members and customers.
