**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a sales associate. The successful candidate will have a passion for the liquor industry and excellent customer service skills.

**About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product knowledge queries, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Providing great customer experiences through enthusiasm, energy, and pace

- Engaging with customers and being a go-to person for product knowledge

- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg

- Meeting sales targets and achieving key performance indicators

**Requirements:**

- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
