Expert Technical Advisor

As a skilled Automotive Parts Interpreter, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients. Your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills will facilitate strong relationships with trade, industrial, and mining clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Interpret parts and provide accurate technical assistance
- Process customer orders and dispatch products efficiently
- Promote special offers and coordinate buy-ins
- Process customer credits and offer solutions to customer inquiries
You will collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess sound computer skills, this role may be an excellent fit.
