
Strategic Clinical Operations Leader

The Business Manager will lead two thriving allied health clinics, driving growth, consistency, and performance while keeping people and patients at the centre of everything.
- Foster collaboration between clinical and admin teams.
- Strengthen communication and recognition across sites.
- Coach Clinic Partners and support workforce planning.
The Business Manager will oversee financial performance: P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, KPIs. They will standardise systems for consistency and efficiency, ensuring smooth handovers for a seamless client journey. The role also includes identifying new services, partnerships, and community opportunities, supporting marketing, business development, tenders, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Engagement:
- Collaboration between clinical and admin teams.
- Communication and recognition across sites.
- Clinic Partner coaching and workforce planning.
- Operations & Performance:
- Financial performance oversight: P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, KPIs.
- System standardisation for consistency and efficiency.
- Smooth handovers for a seamless client journey.
- New service, partnership, and community opportunity identification.
- Marketing, business development, tender, and contract support.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Accreditation, risk management, and WHS standards maintenance.
- Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover process oversight.
- Proven leadership experience in allied health, healthcare, or professional services (multi-site highly regarded).
- Financial savvy, confident with budgets and KPIs.
- Skilled communicator who brings people together.
- Experienced in recruitment, coaching, and people development.
- Systems thinker familiar with practice management software.
- Medicare, NDIS, DVA, or WorkCover experience is a plus.
- Impact at scale: Lead two well-established clinics with supportive Directors and Practice Manager.
- Strong foundations: Respected provider with loyal clients and a collaborative team.
