Main Responsibilities:

• Review and validate documentation including function/technical designs, configuration setup, and key project documentation.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and implementation.

• Advise stakeholders on the functionality of Oracle Primavera Cloud, highlighting available options.

• Promote best practices in Oracle Primavera Cloud design and implementation across the organisation.

• Assist team members in enhancing their understanding of Oracle technologies and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers to ensure strategy remains business and technology aligned.

• Support functional BAs with the development of User Stories, acceptance criteria, and Test Cases.

• Review Business requirements and assist in developing business cases and value realisation for technology initiatives.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to provide knowledge of impacts on downstream and upstream applications.

• Provide review of business processes and suggest improvements or redesign where appropriate.

• Assist the OSP Project Manager with reasonable tasks.

• Ability to understand and disseminate industry terminology and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in ITIL and ITSM principles.
