Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across our organization. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and driving the delivery of high-quality technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality technology services, including infrastructure, applications, and data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and manage technology budgets and resource plans to ensure effective use of resources
  • Identify and mitigate technology risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology governance frameworks and policies
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on technology trends and innovations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a large multinational organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in technology trends and innovations
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with business objectives
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those needs
