About the Role

Crypto Recruit is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead the development of our blockchain-based platform and applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and direction of our company, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the needs of our business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical vision and leadership to the development team, ensuring that our technology solutions are innovative, scalable, and secure.
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the needs of our clients and the market.
  • Project Management: Manage and lead the development of our blockchain-based platform and applications, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of developers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, training, and resources to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the business team, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that technical information is presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems, ensuring that our technology solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role, with experience working on a blockchain platform preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of smart contract development and testing, experience developing applications interfacing with Algorand smart contracts, and a good understanding of key DeFi design elements such as gamification, staking models, autoliquidation mechanisms, and security modeling.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create thorough and detailed technical documentation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work unusual work hours, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project requirements and tasks.
  • Language: Fluent/Native English.
