About the Job
">We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-value industrial project in Melbourne's west. The development is valued at approximately $17 million and reflects a dynamic, quality-driven approach characteristic of leading industrial property firms.
">The successful candidate will take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery from inception through commissioning. They will plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
">The key responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

- Demonstrated experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.">
- Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10–25 million range.">
