About This Role

This position drives business growth and success by leading complex projects, delivering high-quality solutions, and fostering strong relationships with global partners and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale projects, ensuring timely, within-budget outcomes
  • Coordinate with global suppliers for integrated solutions
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships across project phases
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, changes, and claims
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational processes
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience managing complex industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record in managing complex O&G, multi-technology / datacentre projects
  • Experience with offshore manufacturing, global procurement, and construction integration
  • PMP certification (or ability to achieve it within 12 months)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills up to executive levels
  • Excellent commercial, contract, and financial acumen
