The role of Legal Counsel is a pivotal position within our organisation, supporting the legal and commercial operations across the group.

Reporting to the Group Services function, this individual will work closely with teams across Development, Construction, Finance, Sales and more.

The Legal Counsel will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice and be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, deeds, consultant agreements, supplier agreements, and other legal documentation.

  • Review and advise on legal agreements, NDAs, consultant and supplier contracts
  • Draft standard legal documents and assist with corporate governance matters
  • Maintain legal registers, legal templates, and company records

This role requires an admitted lawyer with 1–3 years post-admission experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial, property, construction, or REIT law (in-house or private practice) and excellent contract review and drafting skills.

A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset is essential for this role.
