Dedicated Mental Health Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide mental health support to clients in their homes and community settings.
- This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with minor and complex mental health needs.
The successful applicant will have experience and/or academic qualifications in mental health or a related field, and be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing mental health support to clients
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks and activities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Experience and/or academic qualifications in mental health or a related field
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual
- Reliable, kind and caring nature with good work ethics
- Patient and understanding approach
- Well-presented and professional attitude
- Ability to positively engage and interact with people who have complex needs
