Job Overview

\

As a strategic HR partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive the delivery of HR activities. This includes leading event planning, data analysis and generating reports to inform business decisions.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Stay up-to-date with current HR legislation, policies and practices to provide accurate advice and support.\

  • Utilize technical skills to manage HR systems, applications and reporting tools.\
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.\
  • Apply sound judgment to make informed decisions and resolve complex issues.\
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering open communication and collaboration.\
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.\
