About the Role
We are seeking an experienced City Operations Manager to lead our team in Wollongong and drive the growth of our operations in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Ground Patrollers, Drivers, and Mechanics, ensuring a seamless customer experience for riders and compliance with council and government requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize our services and improve business outcomes.
- Manage the deployment and retrieval of e-scooters, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct analysis of city performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
- Lead and manage a team of Operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with our workshop team to ensure effective maintenance and quality control of our e-scooters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including city council, businesses, and the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing direct reports and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
