Job Title

Salesforce System Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact, enterprise-scale platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Configuration & Admin: Manage Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and dashboards. Oversee page layouts, record types, validation rules, and overall system optimization.
  • User Support & Adoption: Act as the first line of support for Salesforce-related issues. Onboard and train users, drive adoption, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Data Management & Governance: Maintain clean, secure, and accurate data using tools like Data Loader. Implement deduplication, validation rules, and hygiene processes.
  • Release & Change Control: Participate in change management processes. Support testing and deployment of new features. Maintain system documentation and audit readiness.
  • System Monitoring & Security: Monitor system usage, license consumption, and system health. Maintain governance, prepare for audits, and align with Salesforce best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator in a mid-to-large scale environment.
  • Strong knowledge of platform configuration, data integrity, and user support.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup and integration.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, and access controls.
