Exciting Team Building Opportunity

Our organization is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to facilitate engaging team activities for adults in a dynamic environment.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative initiatives that cater to diverse group needs, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive team-building games and activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery and adapt to changing group dynamics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong English language proficiency (required)
  • Work authorization in Australia (required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in team facilitation, education, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Canberra

Contract Type: Casual, Freelance, Seasonal, Contract

Pay Rate: $39-$75 per hour, all super inclusive (dependent on experience and roles)
