We are seeking an experienced Coach/Facilitator to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants.

The successful candidate will mentor and facilitate the program, creating real opportunities and assisting in the development of job ready skills.

This is a Full Time role based in our office.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in coaching or facilitating
  • Ability to network with potential employers and build relationships
  • Confident promoting the program to Employment Service providers
  • Proficient with technology

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to promote clients to potential employers
  • Ability to adapt to moving requirements
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
  • Professional presentation
