Our Pathology team seeks an enthusiastic individual interested in developing a career with us to undertake a Certificate III in Pathology collection.
The successful applicant must possess a kind and empathetic nature, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a strong desire to work within the healthcare field, ability to work on roster once qualified including weekends and moderate computer skills/access to own computer.
Key responsibilities include collecting samples (blood and non-blood) with care and attention, maintaining meticulous records for every patient and sample, preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.
Besides technical skills, you will also learn the importance of working in a team environment, building strong relationships with patients and colleagues, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
