Job Title: Medical Equipment Coordinator
">This is a unique opportunity to work in the planning and deployment of volunteer surgical teams conducting surgery with clinical partners across the Indo-Pacific region. As a Medical Equipment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that comprehensive medical equipment kits are ready and appropriate for overseas deployment.
">Key responsibilities include coordination of equipment, drugs, and consumables for volunteer surgical team deployment, management of export/import customs requirements, liaison with RACS Specialty Coordinators and National Clinicians, and end-to-end support for volunteer surgical teams.
">Required skills and qualifications include a registered nurse qualification, experience in all areas of perioperative nursing, detailed knowledge of surgery needs and requirements, and specific knowledge of ACORN standards.
