Project Coordinator Summary

A Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in small teams.

  • Collaborate with the project manager to oversee on-site activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Work closely with other experienced staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with the project manager to guarantee delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.
  • Develop and execute plans for on-site operations, including personnel, resources, equipment, and materials.
  • Manage all health and safety, quality control, environmental management, and community relations matters on all sites.
  • Provide regular updates on daily activities to the project team as per project specifications and company policies.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Requirements

  • Current mandatory certifications to work as a coordinator.
  • At least 5 years of experience in coordinating projects.
  • Government infrastructure project experience is highly desirable.
