About RPR Trades:

RPR Trades is a leading manufacturer in the electrical industry, seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Sales and Administration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and operations functions, ensuring seamless customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the State/Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of sales and administrative tasks.
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and margin targets through product sales, system, and services for the Depot.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely, safe, and environmentally friendly delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to instigate pricing and availability checks, and quote prices and delivery dates.
  • Enter customer orders into the system, raise purchase orders, and maintain accurate database records.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to sell products and services.
  • Attend company-sponsored training programs, meetings, seminars, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Conduct stock-take, produce delivery dockets, address labels, and consignment notes.
  • Verify goods received are correct and undamaged prior to signing for incoming shipments.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
