We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Administration Specialist to join our team at a major processing centre in Brisbane.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Demonstrating prior experience in Automotive Deal Processing
  • Pulling apart deals, ensuring compliance to process and procedure
  • Auditing, assessing, and ensuring all documentation is provided
  • Being a stickler for completed paperwork
  • Recognizing oversights and/or errors and rectifying
  • Calculating profit and commission payable
  • Liasing with Sales Managers to ensure an agreed result
  • Processing to the general ledger, reconciling associated receivable and inventory, sale and cost of sale accounts
  • DMS – Auto IT experience/skills (an advantage)
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel)
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail – essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously with limited supervision
