As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, igniting joy in every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Perfect Customer Experiences: Shine bright and consistently deliver perfect customer experiences, leaving customers glowing with satisfaction.
  • Drive Store Success: Set the mood by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring our store's success sparkles.
  • Visual Merchandising Magic: Work your magic with visual merchandising, turning our store into a mesmerising sanctuary of style and inspiration.
  • Product Expertise: Illuminate customers' paths by sharing your extensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep our store always visually enticing for our customers.
