Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store. Your role will involve point of sale interaction, maintaining store presentation, and processing stock deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Process stock deliveries, managing inventory control and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements

  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Flexible availability, including all school holidays.
  • Your own reliable form of transport.
  • Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not essential - at Ghanda, we value the right attitude over experience.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
