Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to provide high-quality support services to families with children and young people.
- Collaborate with school staff to identify students at risk and develop thoughtful intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate records, manage case files, complete documentation, and collect essential data.
- Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and emerging research in case management.
- Partner with families and cultural representatives to deliver support that is responsive and culturally respectful.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work or a related field.

- The ability to manage complex issues within a case management framework.
