This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who is passionate about designing and executing impressive people strategies that align with company values and building pragmatic practices and processes. You must demonstrate the following:
- Extensive experience as an HR Generalist ideally partnering with a growing or scaling business within a dynamic environment;
- Experience in supporting organizations through growth periods;
- Able to operate at both a commercially strategic level and a transactional level;
- Strengths in building HR operations and designing effective systems;
- Experience in designing and executing impactful people strategies that align with company values;
- Sophisticated consulting and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
