Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional welcome services, respond to inquiries, and ensure that all residents and guests have a positive experience. You will work closely with the Building Manager to address any issues related to by-laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing.

You will also be responsible for monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings. This includes database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries, as well as securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.

In addition, you will be required to complete internal and external patrols, ensure entry and lifts are tidy and presentable, and complete incident reports when necessary.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing exceptional front desk services to residents and guests.
  • Assisting the Building Manager with various tasks.
  • Monitoring movements throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
  • Maintaining databases and responding to enquiries.
  • Securing resident keys and other items.
  • Completing patrols and incident reports.
