Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers.
  • Promote our range of residential designs and manage customer enquiries.
  • Convert prospects into customers through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Assist in coordinating sales documentation and contract preparations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the new homes or real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong understanding of the new homes market and project home building processes.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional sales experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A background in residential sales or experience working in a display home environment is an advantage.
