About the Role

Diverseco is seeking a highly organised and professional Service Scheduler/Coordinator to support our Seven Hills team of Service Technicians.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, a positive and can-do attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and following through on all service and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to all service calls, booking customer service requests and coordinating technicians for service agreements, calibrations, installations and breakdowns.
  • Working collectively with the service team to strategically plan and organise local and intrastate service jobs for the Service Technicians.
  • Establishing strong rapport with customers, suppliers and managers to provide advice on the best approaches, methods and timings for scheduled work.
  • Assisting with the training and mentoring of staff by providing regular and ongoing feedback with a motivated, positive attitude.
  • Closely monitoring customer service reports, time sheets, invoices and expense reports associated with Service Staff and Customers for compliance and accuracy.
  • Promptly managing and resolving issues associated with compliance of local, state and federal government legislation as it applies to electrical and measurement trades, and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintaining and assisting in growing our contract and customer database.
