Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused representative to join our sales team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, helping them select the best products for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements.
  • Process customer orders and provide efficient ticketing services.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.

Manual handling of up to 20kg is also required. This role is available as a full-time position with a salary of $24.73 per hour. Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field is desired. You must be authorized to work in Australia and reside locally. A valid visa or passport is required.
