About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our Estate Management team. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also developing and implementing strategies to manage their financial affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage client finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and develop plans to achieve them
  • Monitor and report on client financial activity, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry or professional experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
