We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our Estate Management team. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to manage client finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes for clients

- Monitor and report on client financial activity, and make recommendations for improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry or professional experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
