Key Responsibilities- Undertake radiation therapy pre-treatment and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
- Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the Centre and across the practice.
- Administer radiation therapy processes and procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure timely and professional completion of administration and documentation requirements.
- Maintain established patient care standards.
- Liaise with healthcare team members to plan and deliver patient services.
- Provide patients with relevant information and material related to radiation therapy.
- Demonstrate expertise in Radiation Therapy, pre-treatment & treatment.
- Demonstrated technical competence in radiotherapy, including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary modalities and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and allied healthcare services.
- Registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
- Current licence with the EPA.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ongoing training and development by leading Radiation Therapists.
- Training on the latest technologies and techniques.
