Job Title: Electrical Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Southern Region of Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, TAs, and apprentices in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians, TAs, and apprentices in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all relevant safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Perform regular inspections to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve team performance and productivity
Requirements:
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering
  • NSW electrical licence or equivalent
  • OHS induction card
  • Previous experience in electrical construction and leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
