Job Overview

A role that demands exceptional customer service and cargo handling skills, operating in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify passenger luggage and collect excess baggage/overweight charges
  • Respond to calls, book, change and cancel flight reservations
  • Solve service disruption issues such as canceled or missed flights, identifying alternative flight options
  • Execute deplaning and boarding processes, ensuring safe, on-time departures
  • Process cargo shipments
  • Marshall, de-ice, and anti-ice aircraft
  • On-load and off-load passenger luggage, cargo, containers/pallets, etc.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of airline products, services, processes, and guidelines and promote them at all times
  • Commitment to delivering a safe, stress-free, and friendly passenger experience
  • Maintain service standards in accordance with company philosophy

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Clear and effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where multitasking and problem-solving are key attributes
  • Comfortable using computers, credit, and debit machines
  • Able to work outdoors during inclement weather conditions
  • Flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends, evenings, holidays and/or irregular shifts
  • Must represent the airline in a professional manner to our partners, vendors, and customers
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearance
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
