Operations Supervisor Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our warehouse operations to drive efficiency and productivity. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take on this challenging opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives and improve warehouse performance.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse or Operations Manager with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using technology, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
